HR – Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions for membership. Please read over them closely and confirm that you account meets the requirements

Accounts requesting access are required to represent a sports team or school organization associated with the Baldwin-Woodville Area School District.

Requirements for an account:

  • Instagram
    • The account must represent a sports team or school organization associated with the Baldwin-Woodville Area School District.
    • The account must be a public account
  • Facebook
    • Pages
      • The page must be configured in such a way that anyone can view the content
    • Groups
      • The group must be configured as a public group.
      • Exceptions to the line above will be made on a case by case basis.
  • Twitter
    • This can be hit or miss given the content that is allowed by twitter. Applications will be accepted on a case by case basis

Usage of images:

  • The image(s) provided on this page are subject to the copyright of Niebeling’s Photography. They are being provided free of charge to be used for promotional material(s).

Misuse of photos:

  • Any of the following actions will be considered misuse
    • Failure to credit Niebeling’s Photography by mention
      • This action will receive up to 5 warnings before disciplinary action is taken
    • Portraying the subject(s) in any disrespectful or unfavorable manner
    • Using the photos provided for personal use.
    • Using the photos provided for one account on a separate account
    • Editing of photos to display the subject in an indecent manner
      • This action will immediately invoke strike III

Disciplinary actions:

  • Disciplinary actions will be done on a three(3) strike basis. If any strikes happen during the final two(2) weeks of the season, the account will be suspended for the rest of the season and asked to reapply at the beginning of the following years season. If the same person is applying for the account, there will be a two week suspension from the start of the first game of their teams season.
    • Strike I
      • The offending account will be suspended from access for Two(2) weeks.
    • Strike II
      • The offending account will be suspended from access for one(1) calendar month.
      • The offending account will also loose the right to request specific subjects in photos.
    • Strike III
      • The offending account will be removed for the rest of the sports season.
      • The name used at registration of the account will no longer be allow to apply for access.


By applying for an account you are agreeing to all tracking methods in use for content tracking and the terms presented above.
